The Ministry of Finance of Montenegro, Directorate for Finance and Contracting of the EU Assistance Funds, intends to award a supply contract for strengthening capacities of relevant institutions involved in Competitiveness and Innovation sector in Ministry of Economy in Montenegro, with financial assistance from the Country Action Programme for Montenegro for the year 2016.
